Block 62, Oh my!

We are chugging along with the Quilt Maker 1,000 block Mystery Quilt Along!

Here are the two samples I made for the Quilt Along. ( For those who have asked, yes, I try to make each block. It helps me troubleshoot any potential problems!)
This will be part of my "blue" quilt for my bedroom makeover.
Here is the first one in red and black. I really like this combination!
I also try to include a "tips and tricks" video in the FB group every week to go along with the block that was sent out. Just in case you aren't part of the FB group (we would love to have you join us!) here is the video:
If you watch until the end you will see how I can take any applique pattern and turn it into a needle turn pattern with freezer paper. I have become addicted to this type of applique and I urge you to give it a try. For this BOM, all applique is sent out as fusible, unless you specifically request otherwise.
